been an advocate to be proud of our bodies. Throughout high school and college I struggled with eating disorders. At one point in college I weighed 99 pounds at 5’6”. Every time I had an eating disorder though I didn’t even realize it. My brain went into overdrive and I would trick myself into getting sick or that a piece of cheese filled me up. I worked out constantly in an unhealthy way. I had a nasty relationship with the skin I was in. I still struggle with this. But I’ve learned to connect with my body, and if we can find beauty in our most intimate part of ourselves physically and emotionally I think we can save the world.
